We are looking for positive, motivated people with an interest in Japanese food to prepare, cut and pack sushi, and help with food prep.

Must be available for 2 weekday shifts between: 6:00am - 2:00pm. Additional shifts possible in future.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's continuous work experience is required
  • Previous sushi prep experience is required
  • Knife skills
  • Duties include: stocking, receiving (must be able to lift a 40 lb bag of rice)
  • Knowledge of or interest in Japanese food is required.
  • Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team
  • Clear verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 21.0 per week
