Experience:

  • 2 -4 years line cook experience
  • 1 year management experience

Licence/Certification:

  • Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management and coaching of BOH staff.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Expediting a busy restaurant pass..
