Full job description

EXPERIENCED BARTENDER – UPSCALE ITALIAN DINING

IMMEDIATE OPENING

Orsini Ristorante in Newmarket is looking for an experienced, polished and personable bartender to join our front-of-house team.

We’re looking for someone who knows their way around a bar — from beautifully crafted classic cocktails to wine service — and understands that great bartending is as much about hospitality as it is about what goes in the glass.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing classic and signature cocktails with consistency and style
  • Providing knowledgeable wine and beverage service
  • Setting up, stocking and maintaining a clean, organized bar
  • Managing drink orders efficiently during busy dinner service
  • Engaging with guests and creating a welcoming bar experience
  • Working closely with servers and the kitchen to keep service flowing
  • Maintaining proper alcohol-service and food-safety standards

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Strong cocktail, spirits and wine knowledge
  • Valid Smart Serve certification required
  • Professional, confident and well-presented
  • Excellent guest-service and communication skills
  • Fast, organized and calm under pressure
  • Reliable and a strong team player
  • Evening and weekend availability
