Full job description

We are currently seeking an experienced pizzaiolo to join our team.

Our Italian restaurant, located in St. Henri, specializes in sourdough pizza, natural wine, and seasonal, local ingredients. This role offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to work with naturally leavened dough in a wood-fired oven.

Applicants are required to have a minimum of two years of experience in the restaurant industry

  • Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed during food handling and preparation.

  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Provide exceptional service by engaging with customers when necessary.
