Restaurant Stellina is a neighborhood bar and restaurant in Montréal, QC, and part of the Novantuno Group. We are currently looking for experienced, career-driven servers to join our team.

We are seeking individuals with a passion for hospitality, a strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wines, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your craft, we’d love to hear from you.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare the dining room for service (e.g., setup, polishing glassware, stocking, etc.)
  • Follow all health and safety standards related to food and beverage service
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including equipment, tables, and service areas
  • Provide attentive, efficient, and friendly service to all guests
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in service in line with Restaurant Stellina standards
  • Follow proper food handling and portioning guidelines
  • Maintain stock levels and follow proper rotation procedures
  • Comply with sanitation requirements at all times
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a restaurant setting
  • Strong knowledge of Italian food and wine
  • Professional, team-oriented attitude
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
