Job Overview
Zambri's, a renowned, award-winning Italian restaurant, is currently seeking a line cook to join its team. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn authentic Italian cuisine, hone a diverse skill set, word with seasonal local product, and more!

While previous experience in cooking is preferred, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop with us. Our team is highly skilled, adaptable, and always excited to share their knowledge and experience with the right candidate.

This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to build their career in the culinary industry.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable doing the following:

  • Preparing and cooking food for a regular evening service
  • Ensuring that food comes out in a timely fashion
  • Ensuring area of responsibility is well-stocked and guest-ready
  • Maintaining freshness of product and ensuring rotation of old product
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards under the direction of the chef team.

In addition, the ideal candidate should be:

  • Detail-oriented,
  • Able to multitask
  • Keep up in a fast-paced environment
