Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and assist in the cooking process to ensure timely meal service.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to optimize workflow.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food preparation or cooking roles.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
- Excellent knife skills and culinary techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is mandatory.
- A passion for Italian cuisine is a plus.
