Full job description

We are looking for a full time Sous Chef to join our team in a busy Italian Restaurant. To be successful in this role, you should have experience working on the line as well as prepping for service.
Ultimately, you will help increase client satisfaction by preparing high-quality food.
Responsibilities
* Prepare food out of our menu and based on custom orders
* Wash and chop vegetables
* Cut / slice meats
* Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment

Requirements and skills
* Work and hands-on experience as a Sous Chef in a restaurant
* Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
* Understanding of food hygiene
* Good time-management skills
* Team spirit
* Positive attitude
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Well paid either hourly or salary, upon agreement.
