Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food handling and preparation, with a focus on creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and taste. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
• Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are strictly followed to maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Assist in meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients for various pizza toppings.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of food served.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Help with inventory management by tracking stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

• Proficient in food handling techniques and practices within the food service industry.
• Experience in meal preparation, particularly in a restaurant or kitchen setting.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations.
