Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible Schedule)

About Us

At Oregano's Pizza & Pasta, we pride ourselves on serving authentic Italian comfort food in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From our hand-tossed pizzas and regional pasta dishes to our curated wine list, we provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience. We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and energetic Server to join our tight-knit hospitality team!

What You’ll Do

As a server at Oregano's , you are the storyteller of our menu. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, guide them through our menu, and provide exceptional table service.
  • Menu Expertise: Confidently explain our pasta dishes, pizza toppings, and recommend perfect wine pairings.
  • Beverage Service: Prepare and serve simple, classic cocktails, pour wines, and serve beers accurately.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth, timely service.
  • Maintained Standards: Keep the dining area clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety regulations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment (Italian dining experience is a huge plus!).
  • Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of wines, traditional pastas, and pizzas.
  • Bartending Basics: Ability to mix simple, classic cocktails efficiently.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attitude: A positive, team-first mindset with a passion for genuine hospitality.
