As a Gusto Bartender, you'll be more than someone who pours drinks, you'll be an ambassador for our brand, creating an atmosphere where every guest feels welcomed, valued, and excited to return.

What You'll Do

• Deliver genuine, engaging, and personalized hospitality to every guest.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
• Develop a strong knowledge of Gusto's menu, wines, spirits, and seasonal features to confidently make recommendations.
• Create memorable guest experiences by building relationships and anticipating guest needs.
• Accurately enter orders and process payments using the Toast POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout every shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Assist servers by preparing beverages efficiently and supporting overall restaurant flow.
• Monitor inventory levels, communicate shortages, and assist with restocking.
• Work collaboratively with both Front of House and Kitchen teams to ensure exceptional service.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused culture.

What We're Looking For

• Previous bartending or restaurant experience is required, five years for bar, ten years for servers.
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, or a willingness to learn.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset and a valued skill on our team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
• Strong cash handling and POS experience is considered an asset.
• Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service.
• Smart Serve (or provincial equivalent) certification required.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: From $15.90 per hour
