Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Bartenders to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Italian restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for Italian food knowledge, Italian wine knowledge, mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar & restaurant area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
  • Stay informed about new drink recipes, menu items, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bartending and serving or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm
  • A love for Italian food!
  • A polished and neat appearance as we have an open concept

Join our team as a Bartender and/or server where your skills will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
