    • Wine education is a must.

Il Corvo is looking for passionate, skilled kitchen professionals to join our team at one of North Vancouver's most beloved destinations - Deep Cove.

Whether you're a seasoned Chef de Partie ready to lead a section or a talented Line Cook looking to sharpen your craft in a high-quality, fast paced kitchen, we want to hear from you. You'll be working alongside a team that takes pride in its food, its standards, and its culture.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to Il Corvo’s standards, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain smooth, efficient service
  • Follow recipes and directions while also contributing ideas for specials and features
  • Keep your station organized, stocked, and clean throughout service
  • Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and respect in the kitchen
  • Uphold food safety, health, and sanitation standards at all times

What we're looking for:

  • Solid knife skills and solid fundamentals - you know your mise en place and you own your station
  • Fundamentals in Italian cuisine is prefered but not essential
  • Experience cooking pizzas as well as pastas would be prefered
  • Experience in a structured kitchen environment with a genuine passion for great food
  • The ability to work clean, work fast, and communicate clearly during service
  • A team-first mentality with the drive to grow
