Position: Pasta Maker

Permanent, Full-Time

Hourly Wage: $18 an hour

Location: Terroni Sterling (128 Sterling Road)

Our philosophy of doing business, core values and commitment to providing the best in food, wine, and customer service at our restaurants, along with a generous helping of Italian culture has proven itself with the test of time. Now more than ever, we appreciate and value our amazing team and put people first! With nine dynamic and unique locations across the city, we have grown to include beautiful retail spaces that offer a truly authentic Italian wine and food shopping experience. Our bakeries, Sud Forno, and our two Terroni Produzione e Spaccio locations which house our busy open concept production kitchens, full service dining areas as well as exquisitely curated storefronts are our most recent additions.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for full-time, permanent Pasta Maker to our Terroni Sterling BOH Team. As a valued member of our BOH culinary team you will play an integral role in delivering a delicious and consistent experience for our guests. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast paced environment, has an open availability and possesses a positive personality and strong work ethic. Punctual and professional, you are a team player who is highly organized and able to multitask. A minimum of 1 year BOH kitchen experience required as well as good knife handling skills. Candidates who have recently graduated from a culinary program but do not yet have any previous work experience are also encouraged to apply.


Description of Role:

Reporting to the chef/sous chef team, following a given recipe with skill, speed and consistency is the primary duty of pasta maker. A variety of traditional Italian recipes as well as classic dishes are to be prepared with love and attention. Scheduling is flexible with both day and night shifts during the week day and on weekends.
