Server – Panini’s Italian Cucina (Sherwood Park)

Join Our Team!

Panini’s Italian Cucina in Sherwood Park is looking for a motivated, energetic, and reliable Server to join our team.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant and take pride in providing exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve tables and ensure guests have an outstanding dining experience.
  • Run food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare espresso-based coffee drinks and other café beverages when required.
  • Pack and organize Uber Eats and other takeout orders accurately.
  • Process payments using the POS system.
  • Keep dining areas, coffee station, and work areas clean, stocked, and organized.
  • Complete opening, closing, and side duties.
  • Assist with dishes, stocking, cleaning, and general restaurant maintenance as needed.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience is preferred.
  • Barista or espresso machine experience is a major asset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • ProServe certification is an asset.
