This is a new fully renovated pub that has been open since 2022 with epic views and a beautiful atmosphere. Our menu is a variety of classic pub & fine dining. ## Overview We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers. ## Duties - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing food items - Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes - Follow proper food handling procedures and maintain a clean work environment - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation - Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the chef - Adhere to all food safety standards and regulations ## Experience - Previous experience working in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred - Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills If you are passionate about cooking and want to be part of a dynamic culinary team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Line Cook/Prep Cook.
