We are a growing freight forwarding business looking for Independent Freight Sales Agents who want to leverage our infrastructure, carrier networks, and back-office support to maximize their earning potential. You bring the clients; we handle the heavy lifting.

## Your Responsibilities

* Prospect and Close: Hunt for new shippers, manufacturers, and distributors requiring freight forwarding services (Ocean, Air, FTL, LTL, Intermodal).

* Manage Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for your customers, understanding their supply chain needs and delivering solutions.

* Quote and Negotiate: Work alongside our pricing team to provide competitive rates to your clients while maintaining healthy margins.

* Maintain Your Pipeline: Utilize our CRM/TMS systems to track your sales pipeline and active shipments.

## What We’re Looking For

* Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, or freight brokerage sales.

* An Existing Book of Business (Highly Preferred): Because this is a commission-only role, candidates with active, transferable shipping clients will find the most immediate success.

* The "Hunter" Mentality: Self-motivated individuals who doesn’t need a boss looking over their shoulder to get up and prospect.

* Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone and via email.
