Job Description:
Lavender Polo Farm is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking summer students to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a beautiful lavender farm specializing in essential oil production, while gaining hands-on experience in sustainable agriculture, customer service, and farm-based business operations.

We’re seeking individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with planting, harvesting, and processing lavender crops
  • Provide a welcoming and positive experience for farm visitors
  • Support retail operations, including product sales and merchandising
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across farm and visitor areas
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and carry materials and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in farming, tourism, customer service, or hospitality is an asset

Position Details:

  • Seasonal role from mid May to early September
  • Competitive hourly wage based on experience
