Full job description

Giampaolo Group is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Analyst to support the Supply Chain team with reporting, operational analysis, inventory and process support, and business insights. This contract role offers exposure to supply chain operations and provides an opportunity to contribute to data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

· Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.

· Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking.

· Support inventory and demand planning activities.

· Assist with purchasing, logistics, and supplier performance analysis.

· Maintain data accuracy and reporting files.

· Support process improvement initiatives and documentation.

· Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and warehouse teams.

· Prepare presentations and business summaries for leadership.

Qualifications:

  • · Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field, with an approved co-op program
  • 0–1 years of relevant experience (internship/co-op acceptable)
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical and communication capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Disclosures:

  • Compensation: The salary range for this position is $45,000 – $50,000 per year.
