Fashion Design Intern (Paid Internship) – D786

Job Summary:
768 Studio is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Design Intern who is eager to learn and grow with our innovative start-up. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has attended an art or design school, or is currently an enrolled student, and who wants to build real-world skills, gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry, and be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with co-founders to bring fashion ideas and concepts to life through sketches and digital design.
• Translate direction and inspiration into original designs using graphic design and illustration tools.
• Support with photoshoots, social media content, and setting up promotional materials as needed.
• finding models and set up photoshoots with the selection of a photographer with the brands on each of the models.

• Assist in planning and executing creative campaigns to help grow the brand’s presence.
• Contribute to a collaborative start-up environment and take initiative on new projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Attended or currently enrolled in an art school or design program (or equivalent experience).
• Strong artistic and design skills—with an eye for detail and creativity.
• Willingness to jump in, work side-by-side with co-founders, and take ideas from concept to creation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a willingness to support online brand growth.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively (most work is remote).
• Enthusiasm for learning, collaboration, and building a brand from the ground up.

Additional Details:

• Paid internship: $500–$800 stipend (based on experience and project scope).
• 5–10 hours per week, flexible schedule.
• All products and designs created will belong to the company.
• You’ll receive a reference letter upon completion, plus opportunities for growth as the company expands.
