International Trade Representative:

Job description

Direction: International Trading

Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers in Asia
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive businesses and customer relationships
  • Develop the brands, promote the products, and generate sales across e-commerce platforms
  • Responsible for tracking and executing customer orders
  • Provide historical records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales
  • Answer customer questions and resolve customer complaints
  • Answer phone inquiries and greet clients as a front desk
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport with both customers and suppliers
  • Experience in sales of food, dairy and beverage products is an asset
  • Experience in full-cycle of e-commerce is an asset
  • Willingness to establish new accounts
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must fluent in English and Mandarin

Direction: Investments, Assets Management, International Trading

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Manager and senior management to ensure smooth information flow and effective execution of decisions.
  • Assist the Manager in organizing, implementing, and following up on work arrangements across relevant business areas.
  • Support the Manager in carrying out daily management and administrative duties.
  • Coordinate internal affairs and collaboration among different departments to promote efficient cross-functional cooperation.
  • Organize and arrange meetings; attend meetings and prepare accurate meeting minutes.
  • Review, distribute, and relay internal and external correspondence, and respond or follow up as instructed by the Manager.
  • Draft business correspondence, documents, reports, and proposals as required.
  • Coordinate project research activities and manage travel arrangements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively execute and prioritize multiple tasks, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new responsibilities and environments.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
