Responsibilities and Duties

• Meeting with potential/existing clients for US education plan
• Working efficiently and communicating in time with the clients
• Initiating consultation and following up within entire planning process, including collecting students’ information and students’ updated documents, having regular academic plan meetings with students to ensure they are on track, bringing students and parents to school visits, guiding students for US universities and applications, etc
• Coordinating and facilitating AP courses taken by our students with our AP centre
• Responding to client inquiries, issues, and requests for information
• Maintaining a good relationship with customers
• Communicating with teachers and students/parents according to their needs
• Other office-related duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (background in Education area preferred)
• At least 2 years of working experience in US education consulting and planning
• Knowledge of Canadian and US education systems
• Knowledge of AP courses
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Sense of targeting the potential clients
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Detail-oriented, honest, reliable, and loyal
• Fluency in English
• Mandarin as an asset
• Willingness to provide a criminal record check

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
