Sales and Marketing Advisor- International Education
We are Bouchereau Lingua International (BLI), a well-established private language school in the heart of Old Montreal and Quebec city. Our main service is English and French immersion programs for international students.
We are looking to expand our Sales and Marketing Department. We are looking for the most confident Marketing expert out there to lead the way in expanding our horizons and reaching every amazing enthusiastic student, offering them BLI’s excellent linguistic programs.
The Sales and Marketing representatives must have experience in the education sector. He/she will be responsible for meeting or exceeding territory sales goals by implementing different strategies that will bring international students to our schoolslocated in Quebec City.
Requirements of the position:
-Achieving sales results such as sales vs objectives, market share, growth, etc.
-Maintaining and expressing excellent service knowledge and effective selling skills in order to influence key agents and schools to promote our courses in their markets.
-Creating specific strategies directed to the international markets.
-Identifying and implementing business-building opportunities in their territory.
-Making price packages with attractive rates, taking into consideration what other schools are offering to your specific market.
-Negotiating and creating result-reaching strategies to acquire new agents on a regular basis.
-Answering e-mails from agencies requesting information or requiring support.
-Keeping track and making reports of the competition’s prices and promotions.
-Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.
-Sending and sharing all commercial brochures to agents and students.
-Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relations.
-Supporting the marketing team and other colleagues.
-Collaborating with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
-Assisting in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies.
-Providing accurate information and quotes to agents and students.
-Ensuring timely feedback to direct students and customers.
-Managing student registrations coming from all the school’s media channels and keeping proper records of students’ information in the school's database and system.
Skills Required:
-Previous experience in a similar marketing role from 1-2 years of working.
-English and French are essential. Any additional language is an asset.
-Excellent communication skills – listening, written, and oral.
-Computer Literate Mac OSX/ strong social media skills
-Problem-solving skills are a must.
-Detail-oriented person with excellent time management and a prioritizing mindset.
-Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
-Self-Confidence is a must to properly deal with, students, the marketing team, and international agents.
-Impeccable soft skills to handle customers with enthusiasm and courtesy.

Nous sommes Bouchereau Lingua International (BLI), une école de langues privée bien établie, située au cœur du Vieux-Montréal et à Québec. Nous sommes spécialisés dans les programmes d’immersion en anglais et en français destinés aux étudiants internationaux.
Dans le cadre de l’expansion de notre département des ventes et du marketing, nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne dynamique, confiante et orientée vers les résultats, qui contribuera activement au développement de nos marchés internationaux et à la promotion des excellents programmes linguistiques de BLI auprès d’étudiants du monde entier.
Le ou la conseiller(ère) aux ventes et au marketing doit posséder une expérience dans le secteur de l’éducation. La personne retenue sera responsable d’atteindre ou de dépasser les objectifs de vente de son territoire en mettant en œuvre différentes stratégies visant à recruter des étudiants internationaux pour nos programmes offerts à Québec.
Responsabilités principales
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente établis, notamment en matière de chiffre d’affaires, de parts de marché et de croissance.
- Maintenir une excellente connaissance de nos services et démontrer de solides compétences en vente afin d’encourager les agents et les établissements partenaires à promouvoir nos programmes dans leurs marchés.
- Élaborer des stratégies spécifiques adaptées aux différents marchés internationaux.
- Identifier et mettre en œuvre de nouvelles occasions de développement des affaires dans le territoire assigné.
- Élaborer des forfaits et des offres tarifaires compétitives et attrayantes, en tenant compte des offres proposées par les autres établissements dans les marchés ciblés.
- Négocier et développer des stratégies efficaces afin de recruter régulièrement de nouveaux agents et partenaires internationaux.
- Répondre aux courriels des agences qui demandent de l’information ou du soutien.
- Effectuer une veille concurrentielle et préparer des rapports sur les prix, les promotions et les offres des établissements concurrents.
- Planifier et mettre en œuvre des initiatives permettant de rejoindre les publics cibles par les canaux les plus appropriés.
- Envoyer et partager les brochures, documents promotionnels et outils commerciaux avec les agents et les étudiants.
- Communiquer avec les publics cibles et assurer une excellente gestion des relations avec les clients et partenaires.
- Soutenir l’équipe marketing ainsi que les autres membres de l’organisation.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe marketing et les autres professionnels afin de coordonner les initiatives visant à accroître la notoriété de la marque BLI.
- Participer à l’analyse des données marketing afin de contribuer à l’élaboration des futures stratégies de commercialisation.
- Fournir des renseignements précis ainsi que des soumissions aux agents et aux étudiants.
- Assurer un suivi rapide et professionnel auprès des étudiants directs et des clients.
- Gérer les inscriptions provenant des différents canaux de communication et de marketing de l’école.
- S’assurer que les renseignements concernant les étudiants sont correctement enregistrés et mis à jour dans la base de données et les systèmes de l’école.
Compétences et qualifications requises
- De 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire en ventes, marketing ou développement des affaires, idéalement dans le secteur de l’éducation.
- L’anglais et le français sont essentiels. Toute autre langue constitue un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication, tant à l’écoute qu’à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Excellentes compétences informatiques, notamment avec Mac OS X, ainsi qu’une bonne maîtrise des médias sociaux.
- Excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes.
- Grand souci du détail, excellente gestion du temps et capacité à établir efficacement les priorités.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression et à respecter des échéanciers serrés.
- Grande confiance en soi et aisance professionnelle pour interagir avec les étudiants, l’équipe marketing et les agents internationaux.
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à offrir un service à la clientèle courtois, professionnel et enthousiaste.
Exigences importantes
