The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our front desk team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment and takes pride in providing warm, attentive, and intuitive service. While previous hotel experience is an asset, we welcome candidates with strong transferable skills and a passion for guest relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and check in guests, ensuring a seamless arrival experience
• Confirm reservations, process payments, and assign accommodations
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times
• Manage incoming calls, assist with reservations, and provide concierge-level guidance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
• Promote loyalty programs and additional services to enhance the guest experience
• Balance working independently with being an engaged, supportive team member

Qualifications

• Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Previous hotel experience, particularly in front desk operations
• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
• Strong hospitality skills to enhance guest experiences
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred for effective communication
• Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
