Overview

Men’s Care Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused Medical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. This position is ideal for young International Medical Graduates (IMGs), foreign-trained physicians, and other healthcare professionals looking to gain valuable Canadian clinical experience while contributing to exceptional patient care.

This role combines direct patient care with patient education and treatment plan discussions. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to build trust and rapport with patients. Candidates with a customer service or sales background are strongly encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Conduct patient assessments and gather comprehensive medical histories.
• Performing Urology Shockwave treatments and hair restoration treatments
• Maintain monthly sales targets and participate in incentive programs
• Track and report sales performance metrics
• Measure and document vital signs and treatment outcomes.
• Provide non-invasive therapeutic treatments according to clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients about their health conditions and available treatment options in a clear and empathetic manner.
• Explain treatment programs and answer patient questions professionally and confidently.
• Build strong relationships with patients and contribute to treatment acceptance and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and confidentiality policies.
• Assist in coordinating follow-up care and patient communications.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• International Medical Graduates (IMGs) and foreign-trained healthcare professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Must be comfortable with treating male genitalia (Urology)
• Sales and customer service experience is considered a strong asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive men’s health concerns and providing intimate men’s health treatments in a professional and respectful manner.
• This position is for male candidates only.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
