We are seeking educators with 1+ years of teaching experience and a demonstrated track record of supporting student success through strong instruction, relationship-building, and culturally responsive teaching. The following skills and experience will be strong assets:
- Experience teaching within a recognized elementary or secondary school system
- Proven ability to improve student outcomes, particularly in literacy and numeracy

- Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and community members
- Experience collaborating with Elders, families, and external service providers to support student development

You are motivated by purpose and connection, and value the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a close-knit community. Your ability to build relationships, support students consistently, and engage with families and community members will be key to your success in this role.
