Department / Branch: Credit Risk Management Department

Reports To: Team Manager/ Deputy Head//Head of CRMD

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract

Location: Richmond Hill Office

Responsibilities:

  • Register credit applications in the master register in accordance with registration procedures. Determine the appropriate approval authority, inform the team manager for distribution, upload approved proposals to the imaging system, and update the master register with approval details.
  • Monitor credit limit expiry for corporate borrowers and track extension procedures. Review and ensure GCMS entries are consistent with the approved details.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports, including weekly departmental work reports, monthly loan reports, approved deviation reports, follow-up action reports, and quarterly approval rate reports.
  • Register and review term renewal applications, prepare the safekeeping register for account managers, and send term renewal forms to the Operations Department for processing.
  • Register and review drawdown and repricing transactions, ensuring all conditions are met. Issue e-permits, send the required documents to the Operations Department, and coordinate with the CRMD Admin Team regarding safekeeping cover follow-up.
  • Schedule and arrange department meetings, prepare, maintain, and manage meeting attendance records, provide detailed meeting reports, and submit updates to the HR Department.
  • Credit Committee Secretary: Organize weekly CCM meetings, prepare meeting materials, send meeting invitations, and record meeting minutes.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in corporate, commercial, and residential lending, with knowledge of business analysis, lending principles, loan products, credit risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
