We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Integration Team Lead to join our IT team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Manager, Delivery Solutions, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and reliability of enterprise integrations across on-prem and cloud systems. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical leadership, set integration standards, and partner with analysts and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the design and delivery of interfaces, APIs, and integration architecture across multiple platforms.

  • Translating requirements into technical designs and guiding implementation across the integration lifecycle.

  • Establishing standards for integration patterns, documentation, testing, monitoring, and release practices.

  • Performing design and code reviews and ensuring performance, security, and reliability expectations are met.

  • Supporting incident response and root cause analysis, while driving fixes and long-term stability improvements.

  • Optimizing the integration platform for increasing data volumes and evolving business needs.

  • Providing technical guidance to team members and supporting cross-functional stakeholders.

You have:

  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science (or related) with 5+ years in software/integration development (or equivalent experience).

  • Hands-on experience with APIs (SOAP/REST), data integration, and integration patterns (EAI/ESB/SOA/ETL/event-based).

  • Strong SQL knowledge and experience with server-side languages/scripting (e.g., Bash).

  • Experience with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD) and production support practices.

  • Experience with integration platforms/gateways (e.g., Informatica, CA/Broadcom Layer 7, webMethods, SAP Data Services, IBM Gentran or similar).

  • Cloud integration experience (Azure preferred) and familiarity with tools like IICS, ADF, Databricks, Mass Ingestion.
