Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Location: 120 Aime Vincent, Vaudreuil-Dorion (Skotidakis Warehouse)

Job Type: Full-Time
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Overtime if needed

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Skotidakis Warehouse. The ideal candidate will oversee the coordination, planning, and execution of logistics operations to ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the movement of goods, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate documentation of orders and inventory.
  • Plan and optimize routes, schedules, and transportation methods.
  • Resolve logistics issues and delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination.
  • Knowledge of cross-border documentation requirements for meat products (import/export regulations, certifications, and compliance).
  • Knowledge of CFIA requirements and regulations for meat products.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
