To simplify the insurance experience while helping Canadians get the right coverage — without the hassle.

We pride ourselves on a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where our brokers are empowered to succeed, supported by industry-leading tools and an incredible team. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for driven, client-focused sales professionals to join us.

This Role Offers:

✅ Warm inbound leads — no cold calling
✅ Commission-based structure with uncapped earning potential
✅ A collaborative team and full back-end support so you can focus on what you do best: selling

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions in home, auto, and commercial insurance.

  • Educate clients on coverage options, premiums, and the claims process to create a smooth, stress-free experience.

  • Drive revenue by identifying cross-selling opportunities and confidently presenting bundled solutions.

  • Build long-term client relationships based on trust, reliability, and results.

  • Own the follow-up process — conduct needs assessments, answer questions, and convert warm leads into satisfied clients.

  • Keep client records accurate and up-to-date using our internal systems.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory updates to better support your clients.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO License

  • Strong background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • High self-motivation and a results-driven mindset

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills

  • Familiarity with Surex Insurance’s products is a bonus, but not required

What You’ll Get:

  • Warm, qualified inbound leads

  • Ongoing training and professional development

  • A supportive, fun, and high-energy team culture

  • Room to grow with a rapidly expanding company
