RESTORATION SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER ROLE

As a Restoration Services Project Manager, you will be overseeing and coordinating restoration projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing various tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will manage emergency claims including water, fire, smoke, water and mould damage to both residential and commercial properties. Some other duties are:

  • Communicate with home and business owners, insurance adjusters and sub-contractors.
  • Perform site inspections throughout the project to ensure work is performed according to scope and high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety standards.
  • Manage sub-contractors and employees in successfully completing projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the preparation of accurate quotations through job costing and estimates.
  • Be available to respond to 24-hour emergency restoration and mitigation calls.
  • Building existing client relationships and generate new leads with adjusters and property managers.
  • Other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years proven experience in project management in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Proficiency using Xactimate, DASH and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Certifications in WRT, AMRT, Asbestos, FSRT or similar are preferable.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with valid IICRC Certifications.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong sales and marketing abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
