As a Customer Service employee in the Insurance sector, you’ll offer loan insurance solutions that will protect clients’ assets. You’ll have a positive impact on clients with your advisory skills and your experience ensuring client loyalty.

Your role

  • Answering calls from customers
  • Identify protection and assistance needs
  • Offer solutions to protect their assets
  • Build customer loyalty using a consultative approach
  • Contribute to team objectives
  • Refer customers to the appropriate sector for specialized needs

Our Client Contact Centre is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.. You'll work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Your work schedule is variable and you'll be informed of your schedule three weeks in advance.

Learning and development

You'll begin with on-the-job training. You’ll be able to experience the call centre environment and get to know your colleagues. Your on-the-job training will focus on learning how to help clients over the phone. During this time, you'll learn about your role, our products, and our technologies.

Required skills

  • College diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in an advisory and/or negotiation role
  • Experience with client retention and developing client relationships
