Full job description

Now Prepay is seeking a highly organized and analytical Specialist, Dealer Programs to support the growth and success of our mobility services portfolio. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, retail partners, and vendors to implement new programs, support existing dealer initiatives, onboard partners, and analyze product performance.

What You'll Do

Program Implementation & Dealer Support

  • Support the implementation of new dealer programs, products, and services.
  • Assist with managing and enhancing existing dealer programs and partnerships.
  • Serve as a liaison between retailers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate and deliver product, system, and process training to partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve dealer experience and operational processes.
  • Participate in customer and partner meetings, documenting requirements and action items.
  • Support project planning, implementation, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain program documentation, troubleshooting guides, and escalation resources.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to communicate product launches, promotions, pricing updates, and product discontinuations.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements and improvements.

Partner Onboarding & Compliance

  • Support the onboarding of new partners and vendors.
  • Work with Compliance teams to ensure onboarding processes meet company and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with AML and compliance reviews during customer onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the onboarding process.

Product Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze product performance and key business metrics.
  • Process and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and investigate root causes of performance variances.
  • Support management with ongoing reporting and forecasting activities.

What We're Looking For

  • College diploma or university degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Experience working in project-driven environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is considered an asset
  • Financial services or telecommunications industry experience is considered an asset
