Qualifications
- Valid TCP certification with at least, 1yr exp. as a TCP and 1yr as a LCT.
- A positive attitude — grumpy flaggers need not apply.
- Reliability — showing up on time keeps the roads (and your crew) moving.
- The ability to stay cool when someone insists they’re “just turning right.”
- Clean Drivers Abstract
- Road Paving experience considered an asset
- Experience with Heavy Equipment and asset
- Fantastic verbal and written Communications skills
- Being active and enjoy what you do, and being a Safety First mentality
