Full job description

In this role, you'll contribute to the high standard of service we strive to deliver. Whether you're handling inquiries, assisting with account requests, or providing information about available products and services, you'll help customers receive the attention and assistance they need.

You'll also work alongside our sales team to introduce suitable services, address customer concerns, and build positive, lasting relationships. This position offers an opportunity to apply your communication and problem-solving skills while gaining valuable experience in customer service and sales.

What You'll Do

  • Interact with customers daily, learn about their communication needs, and help them find Rogers products and services that suit them
  • Explain plans, promotions, and features clearly and in an approachable manner
  • Answer questions and help customers make informed decisions
  • Provide friendly, professional service throughout the customer experience
  • Complete sales, process transactions accurately, and keep customer records up to date
  • Work toward individual and team sales goals
  • Stay informed about Rogers products, services, and current offers

What You Bring

  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Confidence speaking with customers and explaining different options
  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in helping people
  • Comfort working in a busy, team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office or CRM tools is an asset
