Full job description

Terms of Employment: Permanent, full-time, overtime, weekend, day, evening.

Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.

Education: CSTS certificate. No formal education required.

Languages: English.

Major Work Area: Construction.

Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Commercial, institutional, and industrial.

Area of Specialization: Waterproofing, Caulking, Flashing

Specific Skills: Apply waterproof and caulking products to various substrates, operate motorized equipment, and operate open torch/flame.
Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs.)
Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract), able to provide own transportation to and from work.
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding.

Work Site Environment: Noisy, dusty.

Essential Skills: Reading text, document use, numeracy, communication, working with others, decision making, job task planning and organizing, finding information, continuous learning.
