Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen support when needed to ensure smooth operations
• Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional guest service

Qualifications

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cashiering, math calculations, and handling cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and restaurant operations is advantageous
• Experience in food preparation or kitchen support can be beneficial but is not required
