Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation
• Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients with precision
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in all kitchen activities
• Serve dishes efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers or dining areas
• Manage food handling procedures according to industry regulations and best practices
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring ingredients and notifying when supplies need replenishing
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and excellent food service

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred
