Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Indian chef to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in food service, restaurant management, and hospitality. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure food safety standards, and lead a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. This position offers an opportunity to showcase leadership skills within a dynamic and culturally rich environment.

Duties

  • Supervise and manage restaurant staff, including servers and kitchen personnel
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and handling regulations
  • Coordinate food service operations to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Lead team management efforts, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
  • Assist in food presentation and serving when necessary
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
  • Uphold hospitality standards to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment
