Overview

In this role, you will assist in preparing delicious appetizers and support the kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth, efficient operation. Responsibilities

  • Assist with food preparation for appetizers and other menu items, following established recipes and standards
  • Support kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks, ensuring timely and accurate meal assembly
  • Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures during preparation and service
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet health regulations
  • Serve guests efficiently by supporting food service operations and ensuring orders are accurate and timely
  • Help with inventory management by organizing ingredients and supplies in the kitchen area
  • Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for everyone

Skills

  • Experience in food handling, meal preparation, or food service roles within restaurants or the food industry
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
