Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Servers and Bartenders to join our dynamic team. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions, manage tabs, and handle cash accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs for reordering as necessary.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Micros POS, is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
