Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead our Indian culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food industry knowledge, and a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are maintained. Candidates with restaurant management experience and a background in hospitality are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Oversee all aspects of food handling, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
  • Experince in tandoori items
  • Develop and implement menu items, ensuring variety and consistency
  • Manage food inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service during serving hours
  • Train new team members on kitchen procedures, safety protocols, and culinary techniques
  • Monitor kitchen operations for efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to health standards
  • Assist in restaurant management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining a positive work environment
