Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef to join our Indian Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating innovative menus, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties

  • Develop and execute creative and seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality food preparation.
  • Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to optimize kitchen operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
  • Manage kitchen schedules, including team shifts, to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.

Qualifications
