Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests! Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
  • Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained
  • Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, counters, and food prep stations in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Support food handling, bussing tables, and ensuring quick turnaround times during busy hours

Experience

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in full service restaurant.
  • Previous experience in food service restaurants required; training will be provided
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience in serving or cashiering roles within restaurants, cafes, or grocery stores is advantageous
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
