Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Support Staff member to join our team in providing exceptional service and assistance in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. This role involves supporting various operational tasks to ensure smooth restaurant or hotel operations, including food handling, customer service, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Duties

  • Assist with food running to ensure timely service.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment.
  • Support guest services by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Handle food safety procedures according to health regulations and standards.
  • Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed.
  • Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
