Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. This role involves preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. The Line Cook will work closely with the kitchen staff to deliver delicious dishes efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to the dining area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients

Qualifications
