Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashers or manual washing methods.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep (chopping vegetables, peeling ingredients, preparing garnishes).
- Ensure dishwashing and prep stations are clean, sanitized, and fully stocked.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain general kitchen cleanliness, including garbage disposal.
- Support line cooks and kitchen managers as needed during peak service hours.
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and dependability.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-energy team environment.
- Willingness to learn kitchen operations and execute tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 30–40 lbs.
- Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
