Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic food service team. This role involves supporting meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety standards. Duties

  • Assist in meal preparation and food assembly according to established recipes and standards
  • Support kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, assembling dishes, and ensuring timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
  • Handle food items safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation procedures
  • Support serving staff by delivering prepared dishes and ensuring smooth service flow
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
  • Contribute to inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of shortages or issues

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling best practices
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
  • Basic understanding of the food industry operations is advantageous
