Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant management experience, and a passion for food preparation and service. As the Head Chef, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food safety standards are met, and inspire your team to create innovative and high-quality dishes that delight our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food quality.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistency and excellence in every dish served.
  • Manage restaurant operations related to the kitchen, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Develop new menu items in collaboration with management, incorporating current food trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures to uphold health standards.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
  • Monitor food costs and manage budgets to optimize profitability while maintaining quality.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
