About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Indian cuisine and takes pride in preparing high-quality, authentic dishes while maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes to a consistently high standard.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in an Indian restaurant.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Food Safe certification is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications (Assets)
