We are currently looking for a full-time Server to join our team. This is more than just a serving position; we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us. As our restaurant grows, we want our team members to grow alongside us.

We are also happy to provide Permanent Residency (PR) support for eligible long-term team members.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to every guest.
• Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, professional dining experience.
• Learn our menu thoroughly and confidently explain dishes, ingredients, spice levels, and dietary
• accommodations.
• Pay close attention to guests' dietary, religious, and cultural preferences, including:
• No Onion No Garlic (Jain) options
• Swaminarayan-friendly menu items
• Vegan and other dietary requirements
• Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders.
• Communicate special requests clearly with the kitchen to ensure every order is prepared correctly.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, proactive service throughout their visit.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and side duties.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and work with the team to resolve issues quickly.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

Schedule

This is a full-time position requiring open availability. Candidates must be available to work:

• Lunch shifts
• Dinner shifts
• Evenings
• Weekends
• Holidays as required
• Flexibility is essential.
