Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled person specializing in Indian/Maharashtrian cuisine to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Maharashtrian dishes that delight our guests and uphold the rich culinary traditions of India. Duties

  • Prepare and cook authentic Maharashtrian dishes, ensuring traditional flavors and presentation standards are met
  • Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients with precision
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all kitchen activities
  • Serve dishes efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
