Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the food industry while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing guest needs promptly.
  • Manage cashier responsibilities, including processing payments accurately and handling cash transactions with integrity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
  • Assist in food handling and preparation tasks as needed, adhering to proper sanitation procedures.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
  • Manage time effectively during busy hours to ensure prompt service and efficient workflow.
  • Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
  • Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
  • Kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
